If you are ever unhappy with any aspect of our work, we will – without question – respect your right to pay whatever amount you feel is more appropriate. We also guarantee we will provide you with your final accounts for signature within 30 days of you providing us with all your books and records. This is on the basis you provide us with complete information and answer any queries we have quickly. Should we fail to deliver on this promise you will, of course, be able to use our guarantee to reduce your payment for the year to whatever you feel is appropriate. If, as a result of our failure, you oncur a fine or penalty, we will happily meet that fine, again subject to time we have to do the job, and your response to our request. No small print.
