  • 29 December 2009 - Appointed to work with this very talented Chef, who met me at the business Startup exhibition in November on Olympia, near Earls Court in London. The client is opening a new exclusive resteraunt in Londons West end, and wanted a business plan to put to an investor from abroad. We explained our unique service, developing a dymamic model which identified the key performance factors and the effect of each to change. This coupled with a video that would explain the model, andhow profitability could be increaded by careful management. It also clearly showed the cash requirement and the risk reduction strategies they could put into place. The investor loved it. I am looking forward to the opening night.
